Helping people grow – in the footsteps of Father Bolle

Bollé Bollé vzw raises funds for small-scale and concrete development projects in Tanzania. We focus on education, healthcare, and food and water supply, always with a strong focus on gender equality and sustainability.

We strongly believe in local ownership. That is why, in addition to our Belgian non-profit, we also established the independent Bollé Bollé Non-Profit Foundation in Tanzania. Local communities are involved in every step: from the application for support to implementation and follow-up. This approach guarantees sustainable long-term progress and gives people the opportunity to grow throughout their lives.

Many volunteers, one patron, one priest

Bollé Bollé has about fifty regular volunteers. Approximately 15 of these volunteers together form the core team.

These core members of Bollé Bollé outline the policy guidelines and organize campaigns. Thanks to the support of a number of logistical sponsors, their operating costs remain limited to an absolute minimum, and the proceeds from donations always go down to the realization of the projects themselves, down to the last cent.

Lawyer Jef Vermassen is the patron of Bollé Bollé. He holds Father Bolle and his projects in high regard. His trust and strong belief in the association are an extra motivation for all involved.
